Most clinics put the sale ahead of the person in the chair. Staff work on commission, so the incentive is to sell as many sessions as possible and to keep you coming back for results a properly performed treatment should already have delivered.
I have no staff, no commission structure, and nothing to gain from stretching out your treatment plan. That means I will tell you the truth even when it costs me the booking, and if what you need is something I do not offer, I will tell you that too.

I will, every time. You're never passed between rotating technicians — every treatment is performed by me personally, with the same hands and the same standards at each appointment.
Do you treat all skin tones?
Yes. I choose the right approach and device for your skin, so every skin tone is safely welcome. If you've been turned away elsewhere, it's worth booking a consultation with me.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. I price every treatment per session, so you only ever pay for what your skin actually needs — and if a treatment isn't right for your skin or goals, I'll tell you honestly.
